What is the cheapest way to call to cuba from the United States?

I just recently came to the United States am seeking assistance in how to call Cuba. My question is what’s the best way to call my family in Cuba? I heard of calling cards all but I am not sure which one is the best for me. I bought one but it drained my balance very quickly I was not happy about it. I live in Austin Texas currently. If anyone out there is available to guide me to a possible solution it is not a costly expense could you please help me to find a good card to buy? Thanks for your time!

If you have your own phone,some company’s offer a one price per month on domestic long distance and another one for international calls.I pay $120. extra per month.for both of them since I need them in my business.It saves me a fortune each year in phone charges .I’m not sure if that is offered in Texas.
