What ethnicity actually benefits from social welfare programs the most?
I’m sure the stereotypical answer for this would be Blacks, but if you have specific numbers I’d be interested in seeing those. There’s roughly 40 million Blacks in the entire country and that’s slightly under 13%. I’m just curious as to how 13% of the population (actually less than 13% because all Blacks are not on social assistance) can be draining all the resources out of a nation of 300 million people.
Rich white guys in the corporate world benefit the most from American taxpayer funded corporate socialism.
I believe it is white women.

I dont have numbers. Pretty much anyone with a kid and no job. Black women who dont have a Daddy in the house.
If you go strictly by total numbers, it would be the white people. If you go by percentage of population by race it would be the Blacks and Hispanics by more than 10 to 1 over whites. Also, you will find very few white families who are 3 and 4 generations on welfare, but you will find this true in other races.
Whites benefit most because the requirements to stay on welfare discourages minorities and poor people from being able to retrain or find decent jobs since they cannot do both.
