		<description>I would say they are worth about a quarter of what it will take to dig them out, then you have to replace them with new... a pointless excercise.  I once found some pipework below ground in Derbyshire that broke modern regulations,  I called in public health and was told to backfill them, that most of rural Derbyshire has them and the cost of replacement would be out of this world.</description>
