The tool I need has to go around a u bend so rods are no use. Has anyone a good suggestion. Please note actual experience of unblocking a drain would be helpful in identifying the best reply.
I recently used disposal to chop up apple peelings, since then the drain has run very sluggishly and when the dishwasher runs, the sink fills with the water, causing overflow due to slow drainage. Any ideas how to speed up or unblock without my calling in a plumber?

Any ideas on how to remove hair that is blocking a shower drain under the tray, without lifting the floor or removing the cieling beneath?? this is one stubern blockage,,
I have noticed that the drain in my back garden in over flowing whenever the washing machine or when the bath has been emptied, also when I flush the toilet water bubbles out of the drainer in the shower.
Does this sound like a big problem to fix?? how much would I expect to pay at the most to unblock the problem???
