The sun roof isn't actually waterproof but is designed to let water into the collecting tray and then down the 4 drains which exit in the 4 wheel arches. If it's been raining you will have residual water left in the tray. If they were blocked the water would be coming through the roof lining. A low pressure airline should clear them but if you use high pressure you could blow the drains off the pipes. Better to clear the actual blockage if you can find it.

I've had this problem with Vauxhalls and BMWs, the way I fixed it was to use the flexible metal wire that some people use to hang net curtains, failing that, grease up some electrical mains cable and poke it down the holes. It sometimes clears with boiling water down the holes, but usually you need to physically push something down there. The drain holes will emerge in the wheel arches, so make sure you're using a long enough piece of wire.

The exit pipes are usually in the wheel wells, but they get blocked with mud and such. I have a Renault scenic and when i bought it i bought one with a solid roof because they are bad for filling up with rain water.

The exit holes will be just behind the front wheelarch and just in front of the rear wheelarch on each side. Get a long length of stiff-ish wire and poke it down each hole. If it gets hard to push then you know there is a blockage.

They're the worst cars ever built. Renault are the worst car manafacturer in the world.

Ask any decent car mechanic who knows what hes talking about.
